About me

Some things are enduring:

The need to explore this world completely and search for the perfect cup of chai

I believe in fragments.

I adore conversations with strangers.

In South Nepal, I saw a sign that said ‘rent bicycle’ just in this tiny corner shop- 80 pence for 2 hours. This is freedom.

Sometimes I want to shake the people I meet- the glazed faces of Londoner’s and say, as David Foster Wallace once did, in his 2008 speech to a graduation class: ‘THIS IS WATER’

and wait for the reaction- because to live a million days feeling the highs and lows of humanity is better than living on a level line.

Namaste- join me here as I explore the world.
